The owner of this Tahoe Park home wanted to add a bit more privacy to the seating area in their front yard, in addition to using less water and adding some greenery. Utilizing the Sacramento turf conversion rebate, this yard got a new fence, pathway, little library, a bird bath, and an assortment of native, drought-tolerant plants.
