The residents of this Curtis Park backyard were tired of watering and mowing their old lawn, and wanted to capture and store rainwater on site. This yard was redesigned to incorporate a low water no-mow native grass area, floating step pads, a permeable lounge space, and a rain garden area, all surrounded by native perennial plants.
